Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Are you a creative, energetic, and confident designer who loves both graphic design and social media? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our team! This role involves producing high-quality print and packaging designs for both our clients and our business while also managing content creation for our internal social media platforms. Bonus points if you’re comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing print-ready artwork for both our business and our clients, with a focus on packaging, branding, and print-related design.
  • Creating internal graphics for our own branding needs, including vehicle branding, signage, marketing materials, and promotional designs.
  • Developing and managing content for our internal social media, including graphics, short videos, and reels.
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns to showcase our products and services.
  • Filming and editing social media content – confidence in front of the camera is a plus!
  • Working closely with the sales and production teams to bring creative ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in packaging or print-related design.
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of design for print and preparing artwork for production.
  • Passion for social media trends and content creation.
  • Experience with basic video editing and an eye for engaging visuals.
  • Confidence to present ideas and, if needed, be part of filmed content.
  • Own transport and a valid driver’s licence would be beneficial.
  • A portfolio of previous design work must be submitted with your application.

Salary: Basic salary + commission on sales

What We Do

We provide the following services:

  • Small and large format digital printing
  • Custom point of sale (POS) builds
  • Litho printing
  • Flexo printing

  • Custom short-run packaging

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the print industry.

Requirements

Position: Customer-Facing Administrator

Are you friendly, organised, and eager to kick-start your career in administration? We’re looking for a junior administrator to join our team! No two days will be the same as you assist customers, support our team, and help keep our office running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers with a smile.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the right team members.
  • Helping with basic office tasks like filing, scheduling, and keeping things organised.
  • Working with the sales and production teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Pitching in with general admin and ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in administration or a customer-facing role (not essential but a plus!).
